Our Donation Policy

We rely on the hearts and hands of volunteers to help operate our thrift stores. Occasionally, we may not have enough volunteers to accept donations during store hours. During this moments we thank you for your patience.

We reserve the right to be selective based on store needs and may need to decline any donation. 

Larger donations, furniture, or 4 boxes or more require an appointment. Contact Delano at 763-999-7086 or Howard Lake 763-999-7087 to speak with our store managers and schedule your appointment.

No Thank You:

• Baby equipment (bouncy chairs,  high chairs, strollers, etc.)
• Car seats
• Cribs (including portable cribs)
• Electronics (VCRs, computers, computer monitors, TVs, cell phones)
• Fluorescent Bulbs
• Hard wired light fixtures
• Laptops/computers
• Mattresses/Box Spring
• Pillows (unless new, in package)
• Items with broken/missing parts
• Items with rips, chips, holes, stains
• Items with pet damage
• Items with odors
